If the realisation of the event will be impossible for reasons not depending on the festival organiser, the buyer will be repaid the full amount of the ticket price on presenting the original ticket. Guarantee claims against the organiser is only existent if the ticket was purchased at an authorised ticket box. Changes of the programme remain to the organiser who is willing to find a suitable replacement in case of a cancellation of some artists. With a cancellation of several artists a recompense of the ticket price is excluded.
The buyer is reliable for its arrival and departure to and from the festival venue and pulls in his car on his own risk. The organiser is not liable for any damages at parked cars. When buying the ticket, the buyer confers exclusivly on the organiser: the right at the own picture as well as a possible up coming copyright of the use, service cover, personality or any other rights, unlimitedly conferrable in matters of time, place or content to the producing and if necessary to later edited audio or picture recording and any other productions resulting from that.
The camping area is open from 1 July 12 o’clock – 5 July 12 o’clock. Building up the tent is only allowed on the indicated camping areas. Help with the environmental protection especially avoiding of the waste. Lighting a fire arbitrarily is forbidden in the face of the acute fire danger. For the arrival with a vehicle (except motorbikes) buying a parking ticket is compulsary. Entering the area is only possible with a valid parking ticket showing it very clear in the vehicle. Tickets need to be ready for a visual control. There are security controls at the entries conducted by the security staff for safety matters and as well for avoiding waste. It is forbidden to take any kinds of glass, weapons, torches, pyro or other dangerous objects, forbidden symbols/logos/names a.s.o. Food and drinking can be unlimitedly brought to camping area, but only at the arrival. The organiser can refuse access to those visitors having illegal objects with them and even can destrain them. On the camping area will be instructions held by the securities. It is impossible to leave the camping area via car during the festival. The buyer receives a wristband on the camping area at the indicated spots, during that procedure the tickets get devaluated.
The wristband authorises to enter the concert area during the opening times. It is forbidden to take all kinds of glass, weapons, torches, pyro, food or drinking, foto, film, or sound recordings as well as dangerous or heavy objects on the concert area. The organiser is allowed to refuse access to the visitors or to distrain objects which are not allowed to be brought.
It is important to attend the security’s orders! Upon good cause shown, especially when a visitor commits a criminal offence (i. e. criminal assault, theft, drug dealing etc.), the organiser is authorised to suspend the buyer from the festival. If the organiser avails himself of that right of suspending the ticket and the wristband lose their validity. The claim of reimbursement of the ticket value then is excluded. Every criminal offense will be reported. The organiser is only liable for damages of property and caused to someone’s health if the organiser or his executing helpers are charged with intent or gross negligence or if a traffic covering duty was not met.
The organiser is not liable for things stolen out of tents, in particular. We explicitly do point out that there is a risk of damaging your hearing and your health because of the sound intensity at the concerts. The organiser is not liable for damages of your hearing or your health caused by arisen volume.
